Good Points

Seemed like a good selection of toys.


Bad Points

No Email replies, and no holding on the phone. They just tell you to call later. Hope it never breaks, cause you are screwed.


General Comments

Ordered a simple RC car toy for my son from Hobbytron. It comes quickly, and we charge it for the first time,and it works great. After a few charges, it starts to act sporadically, and and then stops working. No abuse, just stopped working. Hobbytron is the warranty party, and they said Only Toys that have Never worked out of the box are warrantied. If they do work for even a minute and then stop, then they are Out of Warranty. The CS person implied that if you have a bad one, it better be broken or dead out of the box, if you want it replaced or fixed on warranty
