Good Points

Massive range of products.
Easy to use and fast checkout
Clubcard points with double offers sometimes on, which is great


Bad Points

When products are out of stock, no estimated date for they are back in is shown, otherwise an excellent service!


General Comments

Have ordered from Tesco Direct many times before.

Once took a delivery from them back in 2006 !! However the other three times I have used them I have had the items sent to my local Extra store for collection.

All the collections were there a day before the estimated date and it was free to collect, a lot better especially when working.

My first collection was a new LCD TV, which I also got buy now pay in 12 months with the Tesco Credit card, extremely simple process and took minutes.

I have just placed another order and am expecting it to be in the store for collection for tomorrow, may get it today - I don't know...
