Good Points

Coverage (although this doesn't seem as good as it was 3-4 years ago)


Bad Points

attrition of pay monthly benefits to the point where there is no reason to have a subscription.
Useless & overpriced internet.


General Comments

I've been with O2 since early BT Cellnet days, and have to say the service has now declined to the point where I just can't be bothered with them anymore. Back in the good old days I had loyalty discounts, a new phone every year, preferential roaming charges and a fair number of other benefits that made them a good option. Now I get nothing. I pay a £28 per month subscription for precisely nothing. No phone upgrades, call rates only 0.2p cheaper than pay as you go, and the most incredibly overpriced and slow internet access imaginable.
So long O2, won't be needing you anymore.
