General Comments

The worst on line company i have ever had dealings with is appliance online. I found Appliance online on the internet and founds they have some good credentials. Having placed my order for a microwave for £500.00 the product came too small for the hole i had. I called their so called customer service team and they told it " I should have done my research first" I did and no where did it say how bug the aperture had to be. I eventually got it fitted into my kitchen for a cost of £110.00 and then the micowave did not work. When i called them they said we need to send out a engineer to check if its faulty and then we will repair it. They only send engineer out during the week when my wife and I are at work. They have a real bad attitude and very rude. I then offered to send the unit back and they said if it come to their front door they will reject it. They told me it would cost £49.99 for the engineer when they delivered a faulty product. Stay Away
