When finished, it was exactly what it said on the tin - it looked exactly like the design as the surveyor had ensured that everything was right.
During the fitting the area manager turned up to ensure we were satisfied.
The fitter/carpenter was excellent, bookcases were 'scribed' into the ceiling to fit exactly, the job was completed on schedule to the minute.
There was a phone call after fitting to ensure we were completely satisfied. Also whenever I telephoned their office, staff were always helpful and able to answer questions.
Bad Points
Nothing stands out - everything went to plan
General Comments
We had a loft extension done which we wished to make into a home cinema. As it was a loft extension, it was an awkward shape with slopes and nooks and crannies. We had several quotes but the only company which offered to make customised furniture was Neville Johnson. The designer spent a long time making sure it was exactly what we wanted. We also went up to Manchester to visit the showroom where everyone was very helpful. At the end the room was exactly what we wanted, it includes cupboards, bookcases and a mounting for TV and video machines. We were able to create a totally unique room which was finished to a very high standard. Everyone who has seen it has commented on the obvious quality and finish
