Its 0030hrs on July 12th 2009 I've just returned from Leonard Cohens concert in Weybridge in surrey, England. The concert was held at the Mercedes centre on the old Brooklands race track site
it was brilliant! I've known and loved his songs for most of my adult life but to see him perform them live was complete magic.
It poured for most of the concert which was out of doors but that made no diference to the several thousand adoring fans who demanded Encore after Encore and of course the great man obliged time and again. his songs will last forever. The memory of last night will stay with me until my dying day
