You get what you pay for! The mechanic and car hire firm that they used were very helpful, but First Call GB were cheap and didn't comply with their t&cs which they quoted at us. Completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. If this is a first class service then I hate to think what a second class is like. They wriggle out of their responsibilities, all they are interested in is taking your money and then not providing a service. Would NEVER use again
