General Comments

although the conservatory itself is first class the after sales service from easyfit conservatories was abominable. An outside drain became an inside one after erection and a hole was left in the floor. After 32 phone calls nad much aggression a builder finally called after 5 months to insert a big blg black rubber plug in 2 minutes. The original advert on the TV priced the conservatory at £4999 but the final cost to me was £7500. One would expect better service for this price but one peson passed it on to someone else and so on. Each service, builder,erector,electrician,tiler and blind supplier had to be paid seperately, with the result there was no comeback on the firm. THE WHOLE PROJECT WAS SPOILED. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the office and the people who were supposed to contact me and I feel some sort of compensation is due.
