General Comments

I have claimed twice for my 2 cats - one for a fungal granuloma and the other for a foot injury. I have found them to be very helpful on the phone and my claims were paid quickly on both occasions.
We pay £12.50 p/m for 2 cats for £4000 max cover per illness which I think is reasonable. The only issue is the fact that they will only cover an illness for a maximum of 12 months. Therefore if they get an something like diabetes that needs treating for the rest of their lifetimes you will be paying after 12 months. That is the only reason I will probably change my policy.
