General Comments

Neville Johnson was recommended to me by a high street store in Nottingham. I work from home and needed an efficient and good looking office and I did not want someone trying to do a pressure sell. The person that dealt with me was very professional and diplomatic as well as knowledgeable. He designed my office so that everything was to hand, comfortable and good looking. All dates and promises were kept and the fitter was very good and polite. We had one error of measurement for the cupboards which concerned the size of my box files which were "full scrap" size but the cupboards were designed for A4 size. Neville Johnson handled the complaint extremely well and quickly and an alternative solution found and completed. I can highly recommend them.
