General Comments

It is 1630 hrs on a SUNDAY afternoon and I have just been telephoned by Asda and advised my shopping which was due to be delivered between 1700 and 1900 this evening WILL NOT BE DELIVERED AFTER-ALL!!!!!!! Where will I go for the essential items I ordered at this time of day???? a couple of miles away no doubt and I will have to pay over the odds for it too! Needless to say I am fuming!!!!!!! The man on the phone was not even apologetic! Nor sympathetic!
