Good Points

Very good at sucking up dirt! - exactly what you would expect I suppose, but I have seen other cleaners that just seem to flick dirt from one place to another.
Easy to use - everything is well thought out.
Well made - I dont expect to see this falling in pieces soon.


Bad Points

Expensive if you dont shop around!


General Comments

After looking over the usual field of cleaners on the market we decided that a cylinder cleaner was the best option for us. So looking around we created a shortlist - based on our experience and friends. Miele seemed to be a brand that stood out as being good but a bit more expensive than the others. But after getting the Miele Solution Hepa 5000 and using it for a few months (daily!) we are very happy with the performance - and feel happier that we didnt pay a lot of money for a hyped up bagless cleaner
