Pre book seats....pay extra to upgrade.........what a load of rubbish. Doesn't matter if you do prebook and pay extra....you are more than likely not going to get what you paid for. Do Canadian Affair care? NO THEY DON'T!!! Beware of this and do not listen to their assurances beforehand. You wont know until you are on the plane.

I've flown over 12 times with Canadian affair, booked seats and upgraded and never had the same problem, it may have been an isolated incident because of the airline, not Canadian affair
