Very nice staff, baggage collectors are quick and friendly.
Bad Points
When booking seats in coach, there are way too many premium seats reserved for the OnePass customers.
General Comments
I went on Continental Airlines last summer to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I had the e-ticket that you print out from the computer. When I got to the baggage collectors at Newark before my flight, they offered to print me a brand new ticket just because the gate of departure had changed. That was a very good show of customer care. On my way back home, the flight attendant was very friendly and helpful. She had a short conversation with me asking how my vacation was. Also, the lunch we got was over average for most flights. Overall, Continental has very friendly staff, very clean planes, and good customer care.
