Bad Points

The appliance, right down to the service is a joke. If you want new appliance PLEASE do your homework, I sure wish I had.


General Comments

I purchsed the LG LDS5811 dishwasher and fridge by LG based on Future Shops upsell. And I WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN. My dishwaher showed and LE error code and I now have pay almost $600
for a new motor pump assembly. The dishwasher is out of warranty for a 7 months and the unit cost me 1400.00.
LG customer service is a joke aslo, I have been waiting 4 days for both complaint and warranty departments to get back to me.
