Bought Sony Ericsonw595 phone for my 16yr old daughter for christmas 08, by 1st Jan phone was sent back the phone kept freezing, turning itself off, and eventually when we did get it to turn bk on the screen froze. As result the phone was exchanged. The new phone was nothing but trouble as well, 3 times it has been sent back to manufacturer, we've been told new software has been put in to it, after just 1 week phone broke again. At this stage we do not want the same model of phone back it's been repaired 3times and sony ericson/meteor is refusing to exchange the phone or give a credit note for the value of the phone. After numerous phone calls and shop visits we are still been handed back the repaired phone and 20euro credit as a token for our annoyance. I am not letting this incident drop until I get a new model of phone or credit note. Very bad service.
