No bad words to say about the quality of items, however a tad expensive... but worth the pennies
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ITEMS!
Not happy - ordered 6 items from River Island - came to around £215 with next day delivery
then went on to my account to find they had cancelled one of the items as it wasnt in stock - NO EMAIL TO TELL ME THIS
THEN... to make matters worse they then charged my card again for the total without the item!!!!
Sent them an email and NO REPLY - bad customer service
Customer service not open on Saturdays - so now I have to wait till Monday to get my £215 back!!!!!
Ruined my weekend as I needed the money to go out! Also got back charges due to them taking me over my limit!!!
