Had to go to branch twice to sort out as lady couldnt do the paperwork correctly, and I NEVER GOT ANY SORT OF GIFTS NOT EVEN A PASSBOOK COVER!!!!!!!

When I phoned the call centre to open a Halifax Save4 it Children's Saving Account, the member of staff was great
