Power is staggering and so light, it handle brilliantly with the weight so far down. Only 3kg more than the six but feels lighter.
Bad Points
Brutish looks arn't for everyones likeing. It's not pretty but very aggressive. Black is so far the best colour.
General Comments
The Kawasaki ZX10R 1000 is a fantastic bike. Had to wait for them to get ride of that fat, twin pipe back-end before I bought one but wow what a bike. Terrifying and rewarding all in one. Once you get the confidence and start pushing, it gives you so much back. Coming from the six, which was fairly easy to master, it was a big jump to the ten. So much more power, its not funny, but once you learn to give the throtle the respect it deserves, you can really have some fun. It always feels like you've got more throttle to twist.
It looks fantastic once you've gotten rid of the standard exhaust and slapped on a tail tidy. If you leave the CAT in place you can get rid of the exhaust and rear hangers all together, then it really looks the part.
