£1. monthly interest on £20K beats other BS lousy interest rates


General Comments

Would not trust the administration of Skipton BS whatsoever.
2 weeks and still the money I requested from my savings has not been sent.
1.We didnt receive it,
2 Second Registered mail sent
3. We have not yet dealt with it will be in your bank overnight.
4. 4 days later the response is we have made a serious mistake and I dont know why its happened we will send it out next week.
The Team Leaders superior is not in,neither is that superiors supervisor not in and the person who signs all letters on behalf of the Skiptin is also not in.
No you cannot speak to the Chief Executives Office thats not our procedure.
This lousy administered BS should be exposed by others receiving diabolical service,and I sense something not right at the Skipton
