very bad customer service , bill issue !!!!


General Comments


I was Vodafone customer about 6 years ago , there was a issue about my contract , and according to the customer service everything was cleared

after 6 years I received a letter from a company called Wescot ask me 52.28 pounds , they told me this balance is from Vodafone

When I phoned Vodahone , customer service team was rude, The manager refuse to speak to me or help , none of them was helpful

Then I phone main switchboard , the guy was very helpful , he put me to a team as least they can find my detail , but still they have to put me to customer service, again there was poor service , no helpful at all , they don't listen to what I
said just cut the phone off
I wasted more than 1 hour to wait to speak to customer service , and end up no help at all

I am very disappointed with vodafone and the poor customer service

do they have customer service ??????????????
