General Comments

My experience was awful. Called Diamond Parking number on approach to airport and mobile was turned off. Left several messages. Waited for over 40 minutes after arrival at terminal for driver to turn up. Never turned up. Had to park in short stay otherwise would have missed flight especially with crying baby, stress, and lots of luggage. A few minutes before boarding flight received a call from them asking if everything was OK? Not a hint of an apology. Sent a letter of complaint and whilst receipt was acknowledged never received any response even after several follow ups. No payment refunded.
