CMC Markets Spread Betting customer service is incredibly bad: rude on calls, they don't reply emails, they're slow (perhaps because I'm a small fish with only £2000 in the account?)
Their latest: they offered me 4 training CD-ROMs if I placed 30 trades by 19/06. Guess what? so I did and nothing I got. And guess what else? I tried to contact them by phone and email and they never got any reply.
