Good Points

The idea!.. the thought of dropping your car off with no need to get a bus and have it their waiting for you when you return from a long flight is fantastic.. this company just need to start doing what they claim!


Bad Points

The whole experience.. not what you want after a long flight and a fantastic holiday.. don't bother. I'd rather spent the extra 30 hour getting the bus to the off site car park.


General Comments

Our drop off was ok, I was a little worried after reading reviews after I had booked but I made sure we arrived with plenty of time to check in (even though it was 4am!) and we had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be collected.. this I could deal with.

On return I made sure I phoned the moment we landed to give them plenty of time to get to car to us.. it was 10.30 and we had a 2 hour drive ahead of us! Phoned again as we were collecting our luggage and then headed outside. It became clear there were 3 families waiting for Diamond.. the first car arrived in about half an hour.. one gone. The next one about 20 minutes later .. with the same Diamond driver. By this point I'd phoned the controller numerous times, we had a 1 and 2 year old with us and it was freezing, I was told constantly the car was on its way.. which was a blatent lie .. even the driver told us this wasn't true and he was about to go back and get our car so we should go inside the airport and get a coffee, he would be back in 20 minutes.. what can you do.. poor bloke was only the driver. By this point the controller wasn't even bothing to take my calls.. he'd put the answer on. Our car finally arrived back 20 minutes later.

I will NEVER use this company again.
