Everything, the product, the sales people, the customer service -only know how to say Hi, if you tell them the problem, they stop responding -


General Comments

Bought Eonon 7" DVD player - it failed so asked me to return. cost me additional money for shipping and uninstalling the unit. Second unit came - the LCD panel has no light. Again, asked me to send and guess what they sent me the LCD - in 4 days gone, soyonara, caput!!
