Good Points

Range of HD channels - more becoming available all the time.
Modern look of the HD player.
Remote control is easy to use and ergonomically designed.


Bad Points

Sky HD has recently released its new menu screen, which i feel runs slightly slower than the previous version. This can get slightly irritating when you're trying to flick through channels quickly.


General Comments

I've had Sky HD for over a year now, and i can't say i've had a problem with it. I've had to reboot it a couple of times but that's not really a big deal. The HD channels are great, especially the movie channels, and more HD channels are becoming available all the time.

The quality of the HD is really down to your TV anyway, all the HD box does is supply the HD broadcast, which it does really well.

The user interface is easy to understand, and setup is really quick. I've had to speak to Sky on a couple of occasions and even had to call out an engineer, and can honestly say everything ran smoothly, no problems at all.
