Good Points

Good selection of vehicles (incl some limited editions etc), clean showroom, free roam of the cars you want to look at, business managers very helpful.


Bad Points

Seemingly un-interested sales staff, poor product knowledge, in-appropriate conversation/bad language between colleagues, lack of wow factor and didn't leave feeling special.


General Comments

This review applies to Motorpoint Newport

Motorpoint are great if you have nothing to part-ex and you require no expertise or customer service. Their knowledge of the product they sell is limited and can tell you no more than you are able to read yourself from the window ticket. Very handy for the illiterate.

Also, remove your tax disc from your part-ex. The guy in Newport tried spinning at me saying it was part of the already low part ex price i was offered. My view of the company went seriously downhill until they agreed to pay me £100.00 on my card for the remaining VED. Ended up in-pocket but surely it would been easier to just give me the disc back!!??
