I have signed up twice to a registration system designed to notify me when the crockery I purchased was about to be discontinued. Twice, the system has failed and I have been left with no alternative but to phone other stores or pay for multiple postage to get the replacements I need from stores all around the country. Habitat has no customer service number on their website and when I emailed them to complain about the issue I recieved no apology and no alternative to the above. I would not buy replaceable items from them again.
