Bad Points

I called to get the money back and that is where the problems started. The staff are rude and completely unskilled. My advice is write down the names of who you spoke to. Even though I was told when I cancelled that I would pay no further money, they took another direct debit and then refused to refund it in all. When I called they said they would listen to the call and call me back. They didn't call so when I chased it they said they done what they needed to and didn't need to call me back. They only refund the amount partially, so after another argument they sent a cheque for the rest. From looking at the other reviews this is happening loads so be careful!!!!!!!!!


General Comments

Had the Fonesafe phone insurance and never used it. I called to cancel the direct debit and they continued to take payments.
