Something Broadband sent an engineer to our property who installed all the equipment including a wireless router and voip telephone. We had a bit of trouble getting used to the voip phone but when we rang their helpline found them to be very informative and helpful. So far we've had no issues with the service and feel that its £19.99 very well spent each month, especially as this includes our line rental.

Something sound very plausible on line but it is impossible to get anything on paper or even email from them until you have paid your deposit up front.
I like to know the technical details before I buy.
Their websit does not even give access to very much technical information
