SOME good spin instructors....
Bad Points
...the good spin instructors are few and far between...
General Comments
Bannatyne, Grove Park, London: I joined/attended many gyms since 2000 and this one is the most unfriendly I have attended in terms of staff and members. The staff are surly and the service poor. Instructors are swapped with others without notice to class members (so they are not able to make a choice as to whether they want to do the class or not), contact with Head Office staff appears to be no better.
