returns policy is poor at jane norman. I tried to return a dress I'd bought that didn't really suit me. It was in perfect condition as when bought complete with tags but it had just gone over the 28 days (30 days, I had bought it before I went away on holiday) and they wouldn't return - fair enough this policy is same as elsewhere but I was unable to pay the extra to buy a more expensive item - i was just stuck with the dress - which I didn't want (the dress was still current stock and for sale in the store). What difference would it make to them if I paid extra to buy more items? They have lost me as a customer I would'nt go back there.
