Been without a car for over 2 weeks now and so far have only managed to achieve an enormous phonebill wasted on lenghty calls to Zurich Car Insurance who have offered no assistance at all other than to call me back, which they have not. All this for a relatively simple repair, under a policy in which I am supposed to receive a courtesey car. I'm self-employed and unable to work without a vehicle. Completely pointless exercise buying insurance with Zurich, I'm losing untold money for the sake of saving £20 on this policy.
