Good Points
Really helped for a few months and gave me the incentive to stick to low calorie diet

Bad Points
I have heard a lot of people who have suffered running to the toilet with them ,but as i am always careful with fat content in the food i eat it was not a problem for me.Since stopping taking them i have put on 4 pounds but that is over a few months

General Comments
i found for the first few months i was losing a lot of weight even though on the scales it was about 5-6 lb a month i could tell by my clothes the weight was coming off. The doctor told me the max Xenical Diet Pill i could be prescribed was 12 months, after about 8 months the weight loss slowed right down then stopped. I have a underactive thyroid and have really struggled to lose weight so to me they were like a miracle pill ,i must admit i was only eating about 800 calories a day (anymore and i put on weight so that probably had some thing to do with it)
