Pool! and weather so cant complain!!!!!!!!

See above!!! plus the beach - there isnt one!! if booking through the sun you are treated like a second class citizen so would recommend upgrading !


General Comments

Arrived at Haven Holidays, Hafan y Mor on the Monday to massive queues at check-in, got to the desk to be allocated a 2 bed apartment that was miles away from all amenities despite asking to be close as dad recently had op, we questioned this and was told as had booked holiday through the Sun were getting the lowest standard of accomodation. Got to apartment and opened door and was greeted by a vile mouldy smell!!! Everything on site was very expensive, food drink boat hire and bike hire ie - £10 for half an hour with £10 deposit! Only had 1 good nights entertainment on a 6 night stay, all rest was the firms very own funstars! which appeared to be on a weekly rotation, so dont go for 2 weeks!!! towards the end of the break we had a wheeltrim pinched from our car outside our apartment, and then noticed a number of other cars drinving apound with only 3 wheeltrims!!! The lakeside Bar - food was awful!! expensive and very slow!!! and you stuck to the seats and tableclths and didnt appear to be cleaned at all while we were there!
