Good Points

low salt usage. Fill it with salt and forget it it.


Bad Points

Early problem sorted out.


General Comments

I keep seeing poor comments about this Waterside MC250 unit, but mine has worked fine for the last 8 years.
Early leak issue (only minor from valve top) was quickly sorted out by a very competent and polite Culligan engineer and had no problems since.
Problem apears to be that non-Ciulligan dealers and engineers do not understand how it works.
ps. It has been supercedede by the MC450 which is even more economical on salt.
