Key strength was that they use a reputable recovery company in Europe (EuropAssist) who were sympathetic to my situation.
Bad Points
Weaknesses unsympathetic response from First Call staff and see above!
General Comments
First Call GB Ltd were the cheapest at the time.
Please Beware!.... these people are very 'reluctant' to pay out claims.
They owe me £500 for a claim dating back to January this year and also the breakdown company they employed on a second claim charged me £64 for the 1 hours 'roadside assistance'.
These people have not responded to my latest recorded letter and so I am now contacting the insurance ombudsman.
