Bad Points

Don't explain what the cancellation charges are and do not send out the handbooks that have the small print contained.


General Comments

The AA insurance Service are very poor indeed. I took out a policy 18 months ago and tried to cancel it today, they have asked me to pay nearly three months of the policy value as a cancellation charge.
