General Comments

I can only agree with the earlier reviewer that felt he was being totally ignored by Artisan furniture, Edinburgh. I too was assured when I placed the order that I would get my goods within 8 -12 weeks.
14 weeks into it the company can't say when they will be delivered and have merely pointed out their "up to 26 week delivery period" in the fine print. The also seemed to me to be very happy to point out that if you cancelled at this stage you would not only lose your deposit but be legally liable to pay one third of the price.
Their attitude is appalling and customer service non-existent .
