Hotel Lestos looked lovely on arrival but unfortunately thats where it ended. Booked a refurbished self catering studio, but ended up in a dirty smelly un refurnished studio, no cutlery, pots or cooking facilities, etc fridge didn't work. No hot water. Dirty, outdated studios, no self catering facilities as advertised, smell of drains, no hot water. Very ignorant reception! Beware if you get put in the block near the swimming pool! Alykanas has some lovely restaurants, bars, and very friendly people, this is what made our holiday!

    Does anyone know how much air con costs? And if there is a charge for safety deposit boxes? I am booked to go to letsos in september and so am trying to find out as much as possible beforehand.
