Advised only way I could cancel my cannons health club membership was to send a letter of come in to gym. They said the letter was 2 days late. So annoyed as t&c's said I could email my cancellation request.
Rand to speak to manager, deputy manager took message and said she'd be intouch to discuss. Next thing debt collection agency letter.
I will certainly never join this gym again they have since lost 4 close friends who are members following my experience.
