I have used 999 inks for about 5 years now and only had one problem.
when I change my printer from a Epson to a canon PIXMA iP 4500 the first replacement compatible cartridges they sent to me were not clip.
So I phoned 999inks and who were very apologetic and said they would replace the Cartridges as soon as possible.
In the next morning post true to word I got my replacement cartridges and some photo paper as well.
I have never had a problem with quality of prints both with the Epson and my Canon.
I Would and have recommended 999 ink to my friends and family.
