I felt when you go into Natwest they looked down at students not really caring as much, or being really condescending. They charged me for my overdraft and when asked why it was becuase I was not a British citizen eventhough I have permanent residency and am a home/eu student!
And I was not asked for any ID when i went into the branch to re-activate my card as I put in the wrong pin more than 3 times which was a bit worrying.
On a good note however they did send me the student railcard in time and automatically and its quite easy to setup.
