Just flew Johannesburg to London via Paris.

Would never use Air France again - without doubt the worst airline that I have ever flown.

Rude, incompetent staff both at checkin and on plane. Cabin crew dissapeared for almost whole duration of flight.

Luggage arrived damaged and with contents damaged.

Checkin tried to charge almost everyone on the flight for overweight baggage, enough people complained that they reset the scales to discover that most peoples' luggage was actually under the limit.

Cramped uncomfortable plane, terrible food (only one meal and one light meal on a 10 hour flight), no drinks or snacks served during the flight.

Cabin crewput my wife's seat into the upright position whilst she was still asleep, causing her to wake with a start.

Transfer at Paris was a disgrace, we were near the front of the queue and it took an hour to clear security, even though we had already cleared it at Johannesburg. Had to get buses both to and from planes as they did not dock them at the terminal. connecting flight left half an hour late due to it taking so long to bus everyone to the plane.

Would never use again
