I have bought a number of Reiss items over the last decade, but never again. The last time I bought a dress which was mislabelled and a pair of trousers which disintegrated after the first handwash and a handbag which discoloured after a week. Apparently it's due to extensive UV exposure.... here in London. What a joke! it's not even funny... I was refused refund on each occassion by very rude staff. I will never buy a single thing from Reiss ever again no matter how elegant it looks. All style zero substance.
