Good Points

Honestly cannot think of much. The food was okay.


Bad Points

Horribly cramped seating, grumpy attendants, horrendous heat & no individual air vents, sitting on tarmac over 120 degrees in aircraft in excess of one hour and hot in plane during entire 12 hour flight from Frankfurt to LAX


General Comments

Luftansa to Frankfurt from LAX was cramped, unpleasant, bathroom was dirty and crew was not pleasant. The PA system was not audible & the television was over the doorway pass through & the one over our side of the aircraft did not function for half the flight, so we had no instructions, emergency annoucements or info before take off. The return flight was worse in that we sat on the tarmac in Frankford without any blowing air for over an hour, with the sassy attendants lieing about why they can't have external power for air. It became over 120 degrees in the plane & very panicky. We were told it would be fine when they took off but that was also a lie. Admittedly it was under 100 degrees but in the 80s even when it was -70 outside at 37000 feet. The bathrooms were downstairs on this flight back, were clean and the air conditioning worked there as did it in first class. 12 hours of miserable travel....never again on this German airline.
