General Comments
2 years with Abbey National and I am flabbergasted at how poor the service is especially since santander! . just like everything in life you get what you pay for and free banking is worth jack all! I lost 24k due to fraud and took me months to get it back and they never refunded me the costs! about £600 down all in and no refunds despit them agreeing! also useless at international chapses!!
