bad cm service, cant resolve anything.


General Comments

i bought the Malaysian Airlines tickets online recently becz its cheap, however, website returned as failed. i made my amendments on other activities an called up thier hotline to see if there is anything i need to do to complete my transaction. I was told by the agents that my transaction went through!! I wanted a clearer explanation and also needed the dates to be changed as it was not my fault that the website cant give correct information! i called up hotline 5 times, got slammed down 3 times. Emailed over 5-6 times... its mad!! till date i have no resolution.
