Good Points

I don't know about any good point because they activated my card then they placed it on hold.


Bad Points

Very bad customer service and the very first day you activate your card they place it on hold.


General Comments

I just got capital one card yesterday with $ 1000 credit limit. I activated my card and used it then I wanted to use it again but it declined. I called them They said I need to send more paper work until then it will be on hold. My question is why send me a card if you need more paper work. For $ 1000 not worth.
