Good Points

Great site and some good bargains. Sales man not pushy on GAP and warranty packages.
I like the area of the website were any interior or exterior damage is shown in full detail. Overall good experiance and one (up to now) I would definitely go through again.


Bad Points

Not got much come back after the 7 days unless you take warranty. But at least thats more than private sale or auction.


General Comments

Did research, very impressive priced cars. Excellant site and 50 detailed photos of each car. Nearly went for having a car delivered to my home but it was first experiance with Auto Quake so opted for 100 mile drive to inspect and buy. Not disappointed and still got a 7 day return guarantee. My car was approx £2700 below glass's dealer asking price.
New concept as company doesnt own the cars but only gets a percentage of the sale if they sell within a certain time (3-4 weeks i think). No sale then leasing/finance companies sends to auction. There is no price haggling so the price you see is the price you pay, but you find if a car doesnt get any interest the price will begin to drop untill eventually someone reserves it.
